Paradox of Risk and Disease Compression

This paradox shows that lowering risk from anywhere to very low is needed to keep people healthy. By inference, not some, but any effort required to achieve this goal. Here are some goals that should be achieved: blood pressure 120, BMI 25, LDL 1.0 mmol/l, no smoking, no diabetes, regular exercise, mediterranean diet.
